7. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• Immediately for breach of these terms
• Upon completion of project-based work
• For non-payment after grace period

Upon termination, you remain responsible for all accrued charges and we will provide final deliverables as agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

ToastNmedia's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for:

• Third-party actions or platform changes
• Force majeure events beyond our control

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India, or through competent courts in the same jurisdiction.
